POKARA: day 3 final

It was raining almost all day today. It is the 12th day in a row that we have rain. It is really unusual for the season. It should be more like 2 hours of rain one day in the entire month. It feels like monsoon. Clear sky in the morning, closing in the afternoon with showers. But so far it has not been a real problem.
So I used the day for some shopping, and a bicycle trip shortened by the rain. But then again it was kind of fun.I stopped for tea in a shack by the road waiting for the rain to stop with locals.
I also hanged out with Tais who came back from her trek yesterday, and met some of her otherNepali friends. Then, in the evening, we met Dasha and the British-American couple Kate and Danny at cafe Silk Road. We spent a nice evening listening to live music, including 3 song by Tais. She has a great voice.
This it was goodbye for good. Dasha is going back to Russia soon. Danny and Kate are heading to England, and Tais is going to a 10 day meditation course in a couple of days.
I am flying back to Kathmandu tomorrow and will go straight to Bhaktapur for the Nepalese New Year.
Below are some random pics I took today.
